The public sculpture and its habitat fold creative technologies, environmental research, and performance-driven data into a city’s ecological narrative.  The project integrates environmental science and urban living through personal relationship – distilling layered, multidisciplinary research as an ecological narrative of the planet's future, performed through related community activities and personal actions.

The ecological story takes the form of a interactive installation relying on data transmission and redefining new media as a fusion of experiment and experience.  Scientific information takes physical form in the discovery of a new craeture, while a community's conservation efforts can set the global clock back.  Through direct interaction and activities, the project connects communities with their local neighborhoods, and the planet.
